Born in Indiana, raised on Baseball, strong values, and corn (All State 2nd Baseman), I received an opportunity to study at Purdue University (degree in Finance Option Business Management from Purdue University Krannert School of Management). Made many friends at Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity and after receiving my degree, I moved to Mexico and have been working and living here for the past 15 years.
With an entrepreneurial heart, I started up my own business of manufacturing, importing, exporting and distribution through out all states of Mexico and exportations to USA, Canada, and Central America.
Later I began consulting other American Firms on relocating warehousing, manufacturing, logistics, offices into this region. With the present boom being experienced in the real estate market of Baja California and in Quintana Roo, and for other personal reasons, my family and I moved to the Mexican Caribbean approximately 5 years ago. I studied post graduate courses on the subjects pertaining to the Mexican residential side of real estate through LaSalle University and the AMPI organization of Mexico, (AMPI Associacion Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliarios , U.S.A. equivalent of NAR National Association of Realtors ; Only a handful of American Real Estate agents have taken these courses due to the 100% Spanish content).
