Hi! My name is Andy Welbourne. About 4 years ago, I left home in Canada and I moved to Mexico to marry my amazing wife, who originates from Cancun, to start a new journey in life. I was introduced to Thomas Lloyd and have been working hard in the real estate world for about 3 years now. Now operating as a solid team, we the ‘Lloyd team’ support each other and work quickly and efficiently to ensure the client receives the best service possible! My main focus is keeping updated on properties in Playa del Carmen and the nearby surrounding areas and will use my knowledge, experience and skills to find our clients the most perfect match to suit their needs/criteria.
DOUG PAYETTE
Doug Payette has been broker/owner of Partners Mortgage Services, a mortgage company, for the past 20 years and has owned The Travel Companion, a travel company, for the past 25 years. He has authored two books entitled, “So, You Want to Be a Travel Agent”, Domestic and International editions. He has also trained thousands of mortgage loan officers through his training programs offered at over 80 Community Colleges in the United States.
His company has relationships with over 100 banks that offer a variety of mortgage products. When it comes to getting a mortgage with Partners Mortgage Services, the client has more options to choose from. Each client has different needs and Partners Mortgage Services works towards finding mortgage products that best meet those needs.
His unique operation currently is licensed in Connecticut, Florida and Mexico
